And while the projects have been diverse a consistent approach to the work has emerged and it goes something like this: Don't bring any assumptions to the table. Stay open. Listen. Do an insane amount of research. Figure out the audience, always keep them in mind. Step away. Come back fresh. Figure out the story. Write it. Develop more content. Use social media and influencers to amplify the hell out of message / story / campaign. Pour over analytics, adjust and evolve as needed. Repeat.
